Just outside Siena, a taste sensation cooking course, with wine tasting to accompany your Tuscan meal which you have cooked yourself. Taught by experienced chefs who have a knowledge of Tuscan flavours deep inside them. Located in Tuscany on a wine and olive oil estate in the Chianti Wine Region.
At the end of the cooking class, you will celebrate with an aperitivo, with our white wine and extra virgin olive oil, bruschetta. Then you will have a guided visit to our wine cellar with an explanation of the “art” of wine and olive oil production on our Tuscan farm.
This culinary experience includes the cooking class, visit of the wine cellar, the meal with all of the dishes prepared during the course and the pairing and explanation of our wines.
The dishes prepared will be served at the table accompanied by Chianti wines* from the Fattoria:
-An aperitif starts the meal paired to our White Wine
-The appetizer is served with our I.G.T. Tuscan Red
-The fresh pasta is served with our Chianti Classico DOCG
-The main course is served with our Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG
-The dessert is served with our Grappa di Chianti Classico or Vin Santo
*One bottle of each type of wine is included for every 6 people.
