Fantastic cooking organic course in the spellbinding village of Ravello high on the Amalfi Coast with views over the sea. Select the vegetables straight from the organic garden.
This three-hour hands-on cooking class is held in the kitchen of a beautiful villa in Ravello, one of the most breathtaking towns on the Amalfi Coast.
The cooking school has been running for more than thirty years and specialises in Neapolitan cuisine.
The course also include a visit to the villa’s organic garden to pick fresh produce for the lesson. At the end of the class you will enjoy the wonderful meal you have prepared. Salute!

At the beginning of the course, the culinary history of the dishes and nutritional information about the ingredients will be explained. You will be shown how Mozzarella cheese is made under the guidance of a Cheesemaker. You will then get to taste this Mozzarella for the entree.
Participants will then be accompanied to the villa’s organic garden where they will gather produce that will be used and enjoyed during the preparation depending on the seasons.
In the lesson you will prepare a mozzarella entree, pasta, main course, side dish and dessert. Desert will not be prepared but served. You will then enjoy your meal with a glass of local wine and mineral water then a cafe and a limoncello.
After the course you can visit the lovely gardens of Villa Cimbrone which are just up the road.
