Still owned and inhabited by the original noble family who have restored and made it available for visitors in many different ways.

This apartment occupies a part of the mezzanine floor. All the rooms are on the back of the house and face west with a pleasant view over the garden.
It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom, a pleasant living room, a comfortable alcove with twin beds, for two extra guests and a small but well equipped kitchen.

The bed is extra long: comfortable for tall guests. A thick carpet protects the very old Venetian terrazzo and makes the room cozy.

The furniture is mainly in Venetian 18th century style but water, gas, electricity and telephone systems are all modern and independent.

Guests who do not want to climb stairs are particularly fond of it. It is almost entirely decorated with antique fabrics from the family collection.

Area in Venice

Very close to the Salute, on Rio della Fornace, which is the second canal joining the Grand Canal to the Giudecca Canal.  In Dorsoduro Venice – a lovely area of Vence with boutique shops and small gourmet restaurants. Peggy Guggenheim Museum is also located in Dorsoduro.
