Located in the heart of Venice in San Paolo – a lovely guesthouse, beautifully decorated in a 17thC palazzo, just a few steps away from the Grand Canal and the famous Rialto market. The fully restored luxurious apartment has one junior suite, three large superior rooms and two romantic loft suites.

All rooms have king size beds and modern elegant bathrooms. A traditional Italian breakfast is served.

The first four bedrooms retain traditional Venetian flooring while the loft suites have modern parquet flooring and are full of light.

The apartment boasts stunning views of the bell tower of San Cassiano and across the rooftops of Venice.
All rooms are decorated to the highest standard with antique furnishings in elegant oriental silks.

Each room has a king size bed a spacious modern bathroom, air conditioning, television, minibar and a safe.

In the morning a traditional Italian breakfast will be served and can be taken in your room if your prefer.
We are happy to book restaurants, theatre seats, concerts and other events on request and if you are really tired after a long day exploring the Venetian streets and canals you can book a relaxing Thai massage in your room.
