Description

Built in the 16th century as a monastery, this lovely hotel is the perfect place to stay for visitors coming to Venice by car or train. The hotel has private parking within the building and is only a 10 minute walk from Santa Lucia station.

The decor is typically Venetian with Murano glass chandeliers, beautiful fabrics and anique furniture.

Rooms

All the rooms are decorated following the rules of the Venetian style and tradition: wall fabrics, fitted carpets, Venetian-style flooring, parquet, uncovered beams, Murano glass chandeliers…all the particulars and complements which give a diverse personality to all the rooms. The rooms face on different sides: the Grand Canal, the side canal of Rio Nuovo, the Gardens or Piazzale. The rooms in the Annex have the view on the Courtyard.

Standard rooms

– Standard rooms overlook Rio Nuovo, the Gardens or Piazzale Roma. Some rooms are in the main building and others are in our Annex Residenza Parisi.

Superior rooms

-directly overlook the Grand Canal. All the rooms have a private bathroom with shower, a mini-bar, a satellite television, a telephone with direct external line, a safe, air-conditioning with personal controlling system, soundproofing from the outside noise, a hairdryer. Many rooms are big enough to host up to 4 people.

Attic room

– The attic is one of the nicest and most spacious rooms of the hotel. It can host up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom with a bathtub, a mini-bar, a satellite television, a telephone with direct external line, a hairdryer. 

It is situated on the 4th floor with a mansard and has a very big terrace with a panoramic view of the city’s roofs and roof-terraces: from the Grand Canal to the Gardens, from canal Rio Nuovo to Piazzale.

 Every single room of our annex Residenza Parisi is disable friendly, with all the standards to make your vacation comfortable. In addition, the Hotel is easily reached with wheelchair (no architectural feature that denies access to the disabled) coming from the airport, by train or by car.

It’s a small theatre stage on Venice from which you can enjoy a special sunset while sipping on your drink from the bar or admire the colours at dawn while having breakfast with some hot coffee, a croissant and some freshly baked bread.
