Three Bedroom Villa Umbria in Panicale -a small Umbrian medieval hilltop town, which is listed as one of the best small towns in Italy. Within the walls of the village on a small street that runs off the main piazza you will find this beautifully restored three bedroomed villa.

The foundations date back 1,000 years. The owners have beautifully renovated the house  with good taste and with the food and wine loving traveller in mind.  There are three large bedrooms to sleep six adults.

There are three luxuriously appointed levels, complete with state of the art appliances and modern necessities, which set this villa apart from any other form of accommodation in Panicale. It was designed from the ground up specifically for the traveller who appreciates the finer things in life. Especially those who love their food.

Ground floor :
Entry foyer, laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, ceramic sink and toilet.

Bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower.

First Floor :

Bedroom with king size 4 poster bed, 2 wardrobes, small library, hand basin, stairs leading up to a viewing platform with 2 chairs and drinks ledge with a window offering a stunning view across the village rooftops to the Nestore Valley in the distance.

Also on this floor is a second bedroom with 2 King Single beds, that can be zipped together to form a King size double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Completing this floor is a large bathroom with bath, large shower, toilet
and hand basin.

The villas has in total two bathrooms, two showers, one bath and three toilets. (Houses within villages are susceptible to low water pressure and many Italian homes have small hot water services. The owners of Casa Monte have eradicated such problems by equipping the house with TWO large hot water services and a large cistern of water that is pumped evenly to each floor.)

Panicale lies half way between Rome and Florence, almost on the border of where Umbria meets Tuscany. The village sits upon one of the beautiful natural terraces of Umbria, facing on one side Lake Trasimeno and on the other the Nestore Valley.
