Each of the suites decorated in different theme colours, red, blue, green and yellow contained in a lovely apartment on first floor in the elegant area of Rome filled with magnificent villas and trees.  Located around the corner from the famous via Veneto from Fellini fame.

Suites contain a kitchenette and a sofa bed and cooking facilities ideal for families.   Well maintained  and offering comfort, privacy and independence this residence is perfect for 4 sets of couples and friends, party or families who intend sharing holidays keeping autonomy and discretion.

A lovely two bedroom apartment is also available for rent sleeping six pax.

Other Information

The residence is on the first floor; the common hall is shared by the three suites which open into it. Each suite has a double bed with double sofa bed and a kitchenette with cooking facilities – ideal for families.

Each Suite can host up to four guests –  Queen bed plus sofa bed and an extra single bed can be added in the BLUE and the YELLOW Suite for a total of 5 guests for Families with children.

Each Suite is air-conditioned/heated independently in each room and offers a TV with satellite channels and SKY services. All the bathrooms have shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The kitchenette are all well supplied with sink, refrigerator and cooker, cutlery, pots and dishes. Our B&B is officially licensed from APT (Azienda di Promozione Turistica di Roma)

Rate per night includes breakfast, linens, towels, taxes, final cleanings and all services and extra comforts offered ( Monitor Satellite, Wi-Fi Internet, Independent Aircon and Heating, Water and Electricity). Rome city tax per person per night is required to be paid in cash, children under 10 excluded.
