A two-story independent villa in Sorrento, Campania with amazing views over the spectacular gulf of Napoli and Mt Vesuvius and a ten min walk down the hill to the center of Sorrento. Surrounded by lemon trees and flowers  with a 180 degrees sea-panorama in front, the Villa  is an oasis of peace and tranquility. An ideal choice for those who want to spend their vacation in absolute relaxation while still being near the  centre of Sorrento.

THE PRIVATE TERRACE is equipped with table, chairs, sun chairs and a portable barbecue. You will reach the terrace from the living room.

THE PRIVATE JACUZZI is 2×2 meters for 5 people with heated water. It is open from April to the end of October.

The villa features 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi connection, private parking and the Jacuzzi- sleeps 6 people. 95 sq m

Main Floor

THE LIVING ROOM is equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV, air conditioning, WI-FI and the winter heating. You will reach the living room from the lunch area.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian coffee machine. The lunch area is equipped with a table with chairs for six people.
You will reach the kitchen and the lunch area from the terrace and the living room.

MAIN BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating unit. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

MAIN BATHROOM has the shower enclose, the bidet, the sink and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

Lower Floor

(you will reach the upper floor from the main floor by going down an internal staircase of about 10 small stairs).
THE SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds, air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BATHROOM has the shower enclose, the bidet, the sink and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

Note: The use of the Jacuzzi is on request and has an extra cost of 100.00 Euro per week to be paid to the owner at the villa.

Area in Sorrento

The property is about 800 meters from the main square of Sorrento (Piazza Tasso) with tiny and historical streets surrounding it, about 1 km from the bathing facilities and from the port of Sorrento (where ferries depart from to the neighboring islands, such as Capri, Ischia and Procida, and to the entire Amalfi Coast). Ten minutes walk down the hill.

The bus and the train station are within 800 meters distance – the place of departure for visiting the caves of Pompeii, Herculaneum or the city of Naples.

You do not need a car to stay at the Villa  however if you have one, you can park it in the private parking lot free of charge. For your convenience, we advise you to rent a small car, like the Fiat Punto. The road entrance to arrive at the villa is too narrow for SUV’s or vans.

You will reach the villa from the parking by going up three small stairs.
The villa it is maintained by the owner who lives in a villa next door. The owner will be at your complete disposal for any assistance. The main entrance from the street through the electric gate and the parking places are shared with the owner.

30% deposit required upon booking. Security deposit 200 Euro. Weekly bookings any day.
