Bedroom 2 – 3.6m x 3.6m contains Iron Double bed, Desk with computer chair, Chest of drawers, Wardrobe, Ceiling fan, Washing basket, wastepaper bin, wooden floor boards. No Air Conditioning but extra fans supplied.  All Linen supplied.

Lounge with large Smart Television, Couch, Lounge Chair, Ceiling fan and Air Conditioning.
Each bedroom opens with French doors onto a large verandah filled with pot plants and 2 sets of couches and coffee table to read or relax.

Garden is filled with flower beds and trees and a bench to sit in sun.

Host lives downstairs but uses from room for office during work hours. This is closed off from apartment.
Security deposit and one week’s rent is required on booking.

Clayfield is an inner city, safe neighborhood suburb, 12 min by car to city. 10 min to airport,
5 min walk to train and bus stop to city. 5 min walk to Supermarket, Post Office, Coffee shop, Butcher, Pharmacy, Bread shop and many international restaurants.
