10 min to Brisbane Domestic and international airports: 12 min by car to city, 23 min by bus to city; 5 min walk to bus stop to Brisbane City; 5 min walk to Ascot Train Station.

5 min walk to Food Center:- Supermarket, Butcher, Pharmacy, Bread shop. Japanese and Italian Pizza restaurants.

Catholic Church and school are across the road.

Organic Garden, filled with flower beds, trees, birds and vegetables, garden benches to sit in sun.

Included in price: Wifi, Electricity, Council rates. Water bills.

Payment

– 1 week’s rent to be paid on booking. The balance to be paid on entry.

– Final Cleaning: $100

– Security Deposit $200 required on booking. Deposit will be refunded at after checkout if no damage and all linen – sheets, towels, pillows are in place.
If rental is cancelled after payment, before moving in – deposit and rent are non-refundable.

House Rules

No large drinking parties, smoking allowed outside; No use of illegal substances is allowed; No yelling; No loud music or phoning with loud voices after 9 pm; Headphones to be used for streaming and music and phone calls.

Occupants must be respectful and considerate of others. The house is in a very quiet and safe, suburban neighborhood of Clayfield and noise travels far at night.
Owner lives in upstairs apt so any problems she is on-call. Owner has a small dog that is friendly.
