Large Villa with six bedrooms ideal for a large group with Swimming Pool, set on a hill overlooking the surroundings of Balestrate, on the western side of Palermo on the northern coast of Sicily.  An excellent restoration has brought the villa back to its original charm. Villa can be booked for four bedroom use as well.

This exclusive country house is situated on a calm and sunny knoll, just over 500m away from a main road close to Balestrate, a beach resort on the north coast of the island, 40 km west of Palermo.

The carefully restored estate with a wonderful panoramic view of  rolling landscapes has a large garden and  consists of three complexes: the main house, an adjoining apartment with its own entrance and a small house about 30m away. All three are available exclusively for vacation guests.

Inside and out the house is very spacious. Guests can use the Swimming Pool with its little sun terrace, outside shower and barbecue facilities in the beautiful green garden.

Inside, the house is decorated in rustic country house style. ,Original elements such as ceiling beams and a large open fireplace in the spacious living area hark back to past times, combined with functional modern furnishings and decor for a warm and friendly atmosphere in the fully fitted kitchen and comfortable bedrooms.

For visitors who want to travel around the island, the beautiful sandy beach in San Vito lo Capo is 5 km away and is not the only great attraction – why not take a trip to the sights of Erice, Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo, Trapani and Segesta.

The main building contains the manor house a connected apartment with external entrance and an independent little house is set nearly 50 metres away for extra privacy for house guests.
This exclusive residence has wide outdoor spaces equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, outside shower and barbecue and it is surrounded by a splendid garden with green lawn and beautiful plants typical of the southern Mediterranean.

The lodgings are cosy well spaced and the restoration maintained the traditional open beamed ceilings. The rooms have been furnished in rustic but elegant style.
