Lake Como large four bedroom historical villa, is located on the western shores of Lake Como and is owned by a local aristocratic family since the XIX century. Ideal location for a relaxing and peaceful holiday,  the position enjoys unrivalled tranquility and a truly beautiful and calm landscape as far as the eye can see.

The Villa is spacious and carefully decorated preserving the historic style. All the modern comforts are available for guests.The house climbs up to the prettiest part of the village, close to the ancient castle and is reached by a short walk. Cars can be parked 250 meters from the house and guests will reach the entrance by means of a flight of steps*.

Layout of Villa

The ground floor, with a large number of windows and marvelous views over the lake, comprises a large well-equipped open-style kitchen and large dining area with direct access to the two charming terraces.

The upper floor has an elegant lounge and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the lake. The top floor features a large double bedroom with private bath and a mezzanine with two extra single beds.

The house enjoys use of a further covered terrace, which is equipped for barbecues and dining.  An independent entrance from here leads to a cozy little annex with a double bed, TV, cooking facility, bath and terrace.

Our guests will be able to make use of the porterage service for transport of luggage both on arrival and departure.

Restoration and refurbishment have been carried out in compliance with the principles of sustainable architecture and the interiors created to reflect the finest of the Feng-shui philosophy, thanks to expert advice from internationally respected professionals.

*Please note: the steps leading to the entrance are steep and not easily used by people with walking difficulties or by the disabled. For special needs there is a second entrance with shallow steps, which can be used for pushchairs and buggies.
