This very large villa sleeping 20 pax, with lake view is located on the western shores of Lake Como and is owned by a local aristocratic family since the XIX century. Ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday the Villa is spacious and carefully decorated preserving the historic XIX century style. All the modern comforts are available for guests. The area is ideal for a romantic and tranquil holiday. Prices are valid for 16 guests. Two extra guests can be accommodated in the disabled room at no extra charge. Another two extra guests can be accommodated in the cottage facing
the villa at no extra charge.

Layout of Villa

The interiors of the Villa are beautiful, featuring mosaic floors, carved wooden staircases, statues, frescos and paintings from the XVIII and XIX centuries.

On the first level there are two suites, facing the lake both with a private bathroom and bath with Jacuzzi, one double bedroom and a fitness area with technogym sport equipment.

On the second level there is a large veranda overlooking the Lake, equipped with a Pool table and an area for children. There are also two double suites with private bathrooms.

On the third level there are three double bedrooms each one with ensuite, air conditioning and a safe for valuables. Just a few steps from the Villa, there is a gracious outbuilding with a double bed and bathroom.

The Villa has also an antique cellar in stone with an arched ceiling filled with a large selection of wines both Italian and International.

“Cooking Service” (dinner only) provided by our private Chef (food and beverage excluded). The cook will also buy all the necessary food which is to be paid for directly in cash at the end of the stay- a deposit is required on arrival in cash euro.

Another two extra guests can be accommodated in the cottage facing the villa at an extra charge of 400 Euros per week.

Pool opening dates April 25 – Sept 19. Heated pool included from May to September. Other periods: 4 Euro per hour. Please note that it is not an Hot Tub or SPA with hot water. Pool towels included
