Lake Como four bedroom Villa is located in a historical village on Lake Como western shores. The Villa has just been restored to its original style of stone from 19th century and it is a typical example of Lariano Architecture with its traditional facade in stone. From the large veranda the guests of the Villa can enjoy an outstanding panorama of Lake Como.

On the ground level there is a large lounge with a beautiful view of the lake a reading area and a large and well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace.
A few steps lead to a lower level where there is a lounge with a sofa bed and a bedroom with twin beds and bathroom.

Through the Tavern guests can have access to the secluded garden a perfect play area for children and a BBQ area available in summer. There is also a modern and large Swimming Pool.

Between the ground and the top level there is a small bedroom with two single beds which is used often as a play room. On the same level there is a comfortable bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

On the upper level there is a bedroom with a French styled bed and private bathroom and another gracious bedroom with French styled bed and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is available in the three rooms but not the fourth.
