While more recent renovations have renewed its beauty the Florentine villa qualities and philosophy remain unchanged. Housed in a former mansion the hotel is located in a quiet residential area away from all the tourists overlooking a tree lined Piazza. Inside the hotel is filled with fresh flowers tapestries and antiques. The hotel also has its own private garden.

No two rooms alike, each of the 35 guestrooms and suites are exquisitely furnished and contain all the comforts of modern amenities. Distinctly luxurious the furnishings tapestries elegant draperies have all been carefully chosen to create the charming warm and quaint atmosphere of a classic Florentine villa.
This hotel offers guests a complimentary breakfast buffet at its restaurant. Decorated with red walls and crisp white linen over gold damask the restaurant looks onto the gardens and offers a menu of Tuscan specialities. In summer guests can dine alfresco. The restaurant also offers the wood panelled Zodiac Room which can be hired for private dining. Room service is available 24 hours.
The antique piano in the lounge is an early precursor to the pianoforte and as such a rare treasure even in Florence. Although it is now out of tune the exquisite craftsmanship can still be appreciated.
