It is an excellent base for visiting the Tuscan art capitals of Florence and Siena and the ever popular medieval walled towns of San Gimignano Volterra and Monteriggioni.

The hotel follows the original layout of the village.
It includes five original traditional buildings: “La Villa” (the Villa) “La Foresteria” (the Guest House) “La Fattoria” (the Farm) “Il Fienile” (the Barn) and “Il Frantoio” (the Olive Mill). Two extensions have been added recently which blend perfectly with the other historical buildings and landscape.

All 73 charming rooms face on to the parklands. The rooms bring to mind noble country houses they are tiled with Tuscan terracotta and furnished with antique furniture and fabrics. All the rooms have romantic four poster beds.
