Lake Como large eight bedroom villa with two swimming pools: one indoor and one outdoor, located on the western shores of Lake Como and has been owned by a local aristocratic family since the XIX century. Ideal for large groups the Villa is spacious and carefully decorated preserving the historic XIX century style. All the modern comforts are available for guests.

Layout of Villa

Surrounded by a beautifully kept, flat, single level garden, which ends just three meters from the waters of the lake, the villa is the ideal place for a romantic candlelight dinners or for a relaxing evening with the magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The gardens also offer private access to a little beach.

The ground level of the Villa is composed of a large and inviting entrance which leads to the large and well equipped kitchen and to a dining room with superb views of the lake. On the same floor there are two bathrooms and a games room equipped with table tennis lounges for children with a wide range of toys.

On the second level there are two romantic double suites with a charming view over the lake. Both the suites have a private bathroom. and the access to a beautiful terrace furnished with two sun bathing lounge chairs the perfect place perfect for relaxing.

On the same level there are two more double bedrooms with private bathrooms (and two adjoining single bedrooms) one twin bedroom and one double bedroom both with private bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in all the double bedrooms.

The Villa has a safe for valuables. From the residence you have direct access to the nightlit Swimming Pool ideal for enjoying the summer sun in a relaxing atmosphere.
