The Tenuta wine estate, stands on a hill with panoramic views of the surround rolling hills and farmland. Six generations of the family have been custodians for the property. A wing of the main villa has been lovingly restored for accommodation with six bedrooms, two apartments and a wide hall with kitchen on the ground floor. You can see the sun setting over the snow-capped mountain in the west. The house is surrounded by a historical round park, originally used for horse riding, which is dominated by a 300-year-old Plane tree.

Guests can enjoy free breakfast, an on-site restaurant, and barbeque facilities during their stay, swimming pool, yoga, treks through the countryside, a fitness centre, and a sauna during their stay.

Start the day early, greeting the rising sun with a practice of vinyasa yoga, immersing yourself in the quiet of our garden, or end your relaxing afternoon with the fluid movements of yin yoga by the pool. Choose to stay in shape through Gabriele’s body workouts, national fitness and calisthenics instructor. We promise you exceptional results in terms of muscle tone and above all appetite at the end of the lesson! Massage therapy can help you relax to do the activities you want, with the people you love most!

Have fun in both of our pools with amazing views to the Piedmont fields. Keep an eye open to discover the Alps in the back. Ask us for our signature craft beer while swimming in one of our pools. We know you are going to love it!

Lila Room
This small room, which seems to have come out of a catalog of period dolls, complements the adjoining and communicating Rosa room. Inside it has a comfortable sofa bed for one and a half, a desk, a wardrobe and a small terrace overlooking the large courtyard below. Suitable for family travelers, it can accommodate two children or an adult.

Rosa Room
A style that recalls the softness of Provencal furnishings, inside the historic B&B of the estate. A room for a dip in the past, in the serenity and harmony of the ancient country houses. Blue Room – Meridiana
This elegant double room was the very first to be used as a B&B within our estate, back in 1998, when hospitality in Monferrato was just in its infancy. Renovated in colors but kept absolutely intact and unchanged as regards the furniture and furnishings, its environment gives a feeling of spiritual peace, stopping time in the prayer of nature.

Agraria
Located on the ground floor of the B&B “Meridiana”, it is one of our coziest rooms. It is equipped with a private bathroom, double bed and a second bunkbed. Its beautiful architecture will make you travel back in time.
