Description

Two bedroom villa Tuscany, with pool nestled in the secluded valley of the Val d’ Chiana. The villa is positioned on a large estate and opposite another one bedroomed villa,  across a walled lavender garden with a shared reflective pond swimming pool.

Designed for two couples or a family it is beautifully contemporary in style but still with a distinctly Italian feel. The villa has a split-level open plan kitchen and living area with an open fire for those more chilly nights.

The two luxurious, double rooms are both individually styled with en-suite bathrooms and can also be made up as twins. Each of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and their own stereo systems

There is a TV/DVD (DVDs available on request) in the living room and telephone, internet access and of course wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside.

Services

On arrival, one of the team will be there to welcome you and take you to your villa. A complimentary welcome ‘Tuscan Hamper’ will provide you with some of the necessities for your holiday home from home.

The services included in the Villa rental are a daily maid for room make up and light cleaning duties, a once a week linen change, pool towels and one of our team at the end of a phone to help you with any of those holiday traumas, directions, restaurants to book, where to find the local markets etc..

Of course we can also provide additional services such as extra maid for ironing and laundry, cook for cooking and shopping and wines from our cellar.
