A beautifully restored villa, comprised of two buildings: a magnificent tower and the original hay barn, connected by a glass corridor but rented as one independent villa.

The villa, with a separate studio apartment at pool level and seven double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can accommodate 16 guests.

A very well equipped large kitchen, huge dining room and several living rooms complete the interior offering and an assortment of furnished outdoor areas and al fresco dining terrace entice you to linger outdoors.

A typically Italian garden, with lawns adorned with roses, jasmine and indigenous plants and flowers offers our guests different areas to relax in with complete privacy.

The infinity swimming pool with its annexed Jacuzzi overlooks the amazing Chianti countryside.

Vineyards changing colors with the seasons and the silhouetted towers of the San Gimignano skyline on the horizon, guarantee complete relaxation under the Tuscan sun.

Main Floor: Two living rooms (Guests can look over the valley through the lovely arches), one twin bedroom with en-suite bedroom, and powder-room

First Floor: One bedroom (queen bed) with fireplace and double-shower bathroom), one twin bedroom with en-suite bedroom, one bedroom (queen bed) with en-suite bedroom and adjacent living room (reading room) with fireplace

Second Floor: Master bedroom with queen bed, separate dressing room, large bathroom with bathtub plus walk-in shower

Hay Barn

Main Floor: Fully-equipped Kitchen, dining room (seats 16-18), laundry and powder-room

First Floor: Two bedrooms (Queen beds), en-suite bathrooms in both

Guest House

Studio with double bed, bathroom, and kitchen/living room

Price includes complimentary arrival dinner and 2 hrs daily cleaning except Sunday.

50% deposit required on booking and balance three months before arrival date.

Activities

We are at your service and can provide arrangements for many activities and interests. Cycling through the countryside is sublime, no matter the season…golfing greens are nearby and tee-off times are easily booked… there are Italian recipes to learn and cooking classes can be organized…
