Description

This charming and magical four-star Hotel is situated on the greenest of all Aeolian islands, Salina in Sicily. With panoramic views of the sea, the hotel was originally created from the group of antique houses, and is surrounded by two inactive volcanoes and perfumed by the island’s jamine and citrus trees. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Rooms

The rooms -all with perfumed names like capers or bougainvillea- are different from each other and unique, feature every comfort and are tastefully furnished to the last detail with antique furniture. Each room is located in one of the newly renovated antique houses. All of the rooms are filled with antiques, and all have the modern comforts and conveniences of a four-star hotel.

Some have terraces, some have balconies, and all the rooms have a beautiful view of either the garden or the sea.

Completely surrounded by the scent of citrus and jasmine plantations, you will be able to relax in various areas of the hotel: as the well-stocked library , the garden and the infinity swimming pool .

The solarium bar and the restaurant are located on the panoramic terraces, with Stromboli and Panarea view where is possible to taste aperitivo and delicious candlelight dinners with typical Mediterranean dishes and recommended selection of Sicily wines.

Well-being and Beauty Spa

The structure of the centre follows the lines of old Eolian thermal baths, believed the most ancient in Europe. Steam baths take place inside a “Thermal Stove”, inspired by the one of Saint Calogero in Lipari, built over 3500 years ago.
