The entrance of the Apartment is through a shared entrance to another apartment, with a flight of stairs that leads to your own private entrance door. Situated on the 1st floor leading into a furnished open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge is furnished with modern comfortable sofas, chairs and table.

This apartment enjoys a unique beautiful view from the lounge and kitchen of the famous rolling hills of Tuscany with extended farmlands, vines, forests, lakes and the mediaeval small town of Montefollonico in the distance. From the living area, you can access a small terrace that faces the views, large enough for 2 chairs, a small table and a glass of vino…A fully equipped kitchen including gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer with a dining table for 4 people.

On the same level as the kitchen and lounge is a bathroom consisting of a toilet, shower, sink and bidet and a studio with a writing table.
This apartment has 2 double bedrooms, each with an with orthopaedic mattress that cannot be split into 2 singles. One bedroom is situated on the same floor as the open plan living room / kitchen and the second bedroom is situated up a small flight of stairs that has its own private en suit bathroom consisting of a toilet, shower, sink and bidet.

The apartment is actually built in the inner city walls in the heart of Montepulciano, allowing you to enjoy the numerous local restaurants, bars and shops.

Parking: Free as well as separate, paid public parking is situated between 200 meters and 500 meters from the apartments, however the parking is not owned or managed by the owners.

Accommodation rates include free internet connection / WIFI.
Self catering and furnished with linen, towels and kitchen utensils.
Bath and bed linen is changed every 3/4 nights. For extra linen or towels changes, a supplementary charge will be applied.

NB: A tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day is not included in the accommodation rate and is to be paid on arrival.
